Remote healing sessions will provide the very same level of care and healing you are used to. They can be conducted via phone.

- I will call you at the time of our scheduled appointment
- Let me know how your feeling in your body, including anything I might need to be aware of, and any goals or desires you have for our dedicated time
- Find a comfortable spot
- Take in a few deep breaths and relax

There is nothing to prepare, just be open and willing to let go. I know that doesn’t sound like a lot but allowing yourself to be honest and vulnerable is no easy task. This exchange of energy can be an intimate process and the more you allow yourself to be honest and vulnerable, the deeper the healing. My goal is to make you feel safe and cared for. If you’ve feeling anxious and overwhelmed about something, I can help! This service allows you to have distance energy clearings or ask any intuitive questions via text or emails between the longer appointments to get the answers, guidance, energy clearing and balancing remotely to keep you happy and calm in your everyday life. A recent client was dealing with a lot of stress from her work environment. She reached out to me and I was able to do a clearing and give her some guidance. She followed up with me the following week expressing how much that helped.
